Fallen Angels

“The essence of “Fallen Angels” transcends mere fashion; it embodies a poignant narrative of our collective existence in a state of perpetual transition. We inhabit a liminal space, ever-evolving and imbued with the promise of renewal. Through this editorial, we wanted to encapsulate the essence of this transient space, inviting viewers to contemplate the interconnectedness of creation, sustainability, and the human experience.” A KALTBLUT exclusive. Editorial imagines characters as ethereal beings wandering around in a paper recycling factory on the outskirts of Tbilisi, it symbolizes the yearning for rejuvenation and the profound beauty inherent in the cyclical nature of existence, represented in the space full of contradictions.

The “Fallen Angels,” editorial showcases the up-cycled, sustainable pieces from the emerging fashion brand, SYNDROM, created and based in Tbilisi.

“The essence of “Fallen Angels” transcends mere fashion; it embodies a poignant narrative of our collective existence in a state of perpetual transition. We inhabit a liminal space, a country ever-evolving and imbued with the promise of renewal which is translated into the everyday basis and creative vision expressed through fashion, as we believe that fashion is also a tool for self-expression we believe that fashion at some point is a tool of personal politics.

Through this editorial, we wanted to encapsulate the essence of this transient space, inviting viewers to contemplate the interconnectedness of creation, sustainability, and the human experience.
The concept of the shoot surrounds the mythical characters – ones that have fallen into a liminal space and embody the eeriness of it as the space itself absorbs them.”
